Coaching

A coaching relationship begins only when we agree to work together — after a free 15-minute chat, and once fees, dates, and how we will work are confirmed in writing (email is enough).

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, Online across the UK, via Zoom. Coaching is confidential, non-directional, and non-judgemental, in line with the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors. It is not therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.

Organisational work

An organisational engagement begins only when scope, fees, dates, and what will be reported back to the employer are confirmed in writing. Workshops can be delivered online or at your workplace. Coaching conversations stay confidential except for what that written agreement says will be shared, or where disclosure is required by law.

Fees and cancellation

Fees for 1:1 coaching are confirmed in writing before we start. Organisational fees are quoted for the brief. The free 15-minute chat for individual clients is complimentary.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to rearrange a session. Late cancellations may still be charged.

Liability

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. UYP Coaching Ltd is not liable for outcomes that depend on your circumstances. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
